I don't think you can make a turn while pedaling because the brake handles or so close to the knee's. I didn't think of that in my earlier post. Cost of over $6,000 USA now that's expensive :-) You can get a top of the line Terra Trike (SPORTSTER) for around USA $4,000 and REALLY get to where you are going in SPEED and STYLE.
Looks uncomfortable and "shacky" or dangerous at slower speeds (needs 3 wheels)...Not built correctly either because the brake handle almost hits the women in the knee with every pedal (notice here left knee area). I'm sure with some people it may actually hit the legs. And notice how when that guy make the turn UP the hill....it looks like the front tire is about to leave the ground. If it does that you can bet your heading for a face plant after falling to one side. OUCH.....!!!
óla, eu gostaria de saber quantos km vc faz nessa bicicleta reclinada, hello i would like to know how many km you do in this recumbent bike? greetings from brasil
It's a VERY comfy ride, especially with also available full suspension.
It's easy to handle when riding (high) curbs down, as long as you not doing this always.
Short bumps could be a problem like with any other 20" wheel bike, long bumps a no problem.
I own the GreenMachine since two months, and it is the best bike i ever owned (bikes before: Motobecane Voyage, Radius Peer Gynt II, Brompton with Recumbent Conversion Kit).
Try to get a ride at a local dealer or a bike exhibition.
Good question. I've got a 20"-wheeled recumbent with full suspension (similar design), and I always ride up high curbs without putting a leg down - approach it slowly in a blunt enough angle and the suspension does the rest. With a telescopic fork, I do not dare to hit it at high speed, a hinge-type design (German:A or similar) would be more confidence-inspiring.

@luizpigeon:
It's in nearly daily use since two months on the way to my working place, 19 km one way.
Plus some 50 to 80 km Tours on weekends. It's no tachometer installed, but I guess I rode 2000km approx. until now.
Best wishes from Germany

zzzxReloadxzzz: "wear a helmet" - helmets are for people who ride with their heads forward. ;)
