Ultra Mode on Very Hard setting... Truly amazing... I have the game on Japanese PS2, but its so damn hard. Manic Mode is good enough for my skills... Haven't even touched Ultra Mode.

No, it's ultra mode on the normal setting, because if you put very hard, the bullets are 100% faster than you.
