Ko Ho Naa Ho is about a guy that goes to the U.S. to live up his life to the fullest and bring help and happiness to his friends and family because he knows he's gonna die. The moral is that he wants everyone to remember him as he lived and not because he has a terminal illness (which nobody knows anyway). Only one problem, he can't fall in love...Khan doesn't help either. He's one of the best actors in bollywood. You'll need a box of tissues.
