  • creepy...sneaky

  • @yorkandpomona ~ I think this as well.

  • @yorkandpomona many of the concepts of Narconon are affirmed by other medical doctors, including a psychiatrist, and author, of book "The New Revolutionary Science of Exercise and the Brain". Sauna's have been used in culture around the world for centuries as a tool for health and spiritual enrichment.

  • @upcycle maybe you should investigate further or maybe you are a scientologist ~ either way i wish you freedom of choice and peace of mind and love in your heart.

  • Paris - The Church of Scientology, will be tried in Paris on charges of organized fraud. If found guilty, the church could be declared illegal and disbanded. The trial is scheduled to begin on May 25.

  • Another carefully-packaged response from pilafrockstar below. Almost like he's actually a Scientologist given the task of trying to spin some positive PR, eh?

But the FACTS still speak for themselves.

    Go to narconon-exposed(dot)org

  • Narconon is an amazing program that works. People are so scared of scientology... well first of all Narconon is not Scientology. Second of all, I would be scared too if I believed all the crap on the internet that's out there! But if you ever met a scientologist or done real research, you would find out that the stuff online just isn't true.

  • @pilafrockstar I've met a scientologist, and I've done real research, and you're clearly full of shit. Narconon uses techniques direct from Dianetics. Claiming Narconon is not Scientology is completely dishonest.

  • It's a shame that the public have been duped by this front group. Taking massive doses of niacin isn't safe. Many drugs are NOT stored in body fat. Getting people to read L Ron Hubbard is overt grooming for $cientology.

Everyone has to make a positive testimonial in order to "pass" the program.

It's a shame that vulnerable people could be getting medically tested and effective help when they're being conned by this front group.

  • You mean the alleged success rate that NarCONon provides themselves? lol Why are they so scared of an INDEPENDENT inquiry? Hmmmm? Maybe that's because their ACTUAL success rate is LOWER THAN DOING NOTHING:

  • What are those liars doing in the Land of the Saints?

  • It's a front group..

  • also there is no reason whatsoever to believe or even suggest that anything has changed.

exploitation of humand and other crimes do not have an experiation date.

  • Decades old or not, it's all true.

  • Yeah, and guess what? There are *still* broadcasts like this about Narconon. It's just another example about little the CoS and its front groups have changed.

    In Xenu We Trust

    Smash $cientology

  • Fox13 that's what I watch I live in Utah.

    p.s. I am not a mormon if your'e wondering.

  • "If you want to do a lot of drugs, have a lot of orgies, shoot a lot of guns, sacrifice babies to Satan, and steal billions of dollars, then write a scifi book, call it a religion and recruit millions of suckers."

-Elron Hubbard (666 The Beast aka Satan)

  • Also, Scientology is the only cult where its adherents are taught to lie to non-believers (except for the people who run Scientology, obviously they're way too cunning to believe that shit)

  • Do you know how this turned out, Droopy? Did the center stay open?

  • Apparently he had killed his dad. Well, this is the way that the state of Utah deals with some of the juvenile inmates. We can be assured that they do not care about the kids -- the entire system is about money. The Mormon Church does nothing about it -- Jesus would say they are like a whited sepulchre -- looks nice on the outside, but filled with rot and decay on the inside.

  • Did we see anything on whether the program works or not? Who cares? I knew a girl in Utah who was studying juvenile justice and worked a little while in the system. One thing they had was some 12 year old boy locked naked in a clear plastic cage for months.

  • courts forcing kids into Scientology?

I'd say that is what needs looking into!

  • The program also needs to teach that kid a little grammar.
