  • @BrianEaZy peel potatoes and slice thinly.

    Take a good quantity of oil in a pan, heat it, then add cumin seeds .. when they are a bit fried then add potatoes and stir it well so that cumin doesn;t get burned. Then when cumin sticks to the potatoes then add the remaining ingredients. If you like it spicy then you can slice green chillies. Reduce the heat to low since there is no water added. Cover it and let it cook. Keep checking on it till it is cooked through. Top with corriander.

  • it came with the oven. it has holes, moon shape cuts that lets the steam out and food doesn’t get watery

  • I have a question regarding oil you use for cooking. I have heard that Indian style cooking needs oil to have more heating point. Usually Canola, Vegetable, peanut oil is used. Olive oil ko jyada der pakane se food ka taste change toh nahi hota?? Never tried Olive oil for Indian Cooking...

  • wahan ka olive oil hamak ( smell) wala howa kerta tha, pehle dinon main ab ka naheen pata. yahan ka bohot acha hai, moro ka golden sa can. olive main deep fry nahen kerna chahiye, choonkeh us ko reuse naheen kerte.

  • sara kuch to sikha diya aur sach ye ulti pulti dishes bana ker mujh se gand naheen mara jata :) namak ka hisaab ghalat bol gaye hoon 3/4 ts hai.

  • Dear Bajia, Jab aapney kahaa ki yeh aaloo garmi ki dopaharon main acche lagtey hai tab ham kuch samajhe nahin. Hum bhool gaye the ke aap ke yaha summer chal raha hai--hamare yahan to filhaal barf ka mausam chal raha hai (US)! Ham fir bhi yeh aaloo ki recipe try kar rahey hai--lol--khusboo badi lajeez hai!!!

  • yahan abhi pankay ki zaroorat naheen bara he acha mausam hai. sara saal eak he terha ke samjho kapre chalte hain. na ziyadah serdi na germi. good luck with aaloo :)
