It's just someone blatantly trying to get on the youtube Deus Ex humor bandwagon with a looping clip that took 2 minutes to create and has nothing funny about it.
@CognizantCheddar In game is makes a lot more sense. You skip past the dialogue immediately after JC says "Beer" and it makes it look like the bartender gave him the beer just by saying that. It happens so fast that I had to loop it a few times.
