I remember that year....for me was one of the worst songs from Ireland...sounds like a USA christmas carol or TV commercial....was not a sound of Europe and maybe this is the reason for only 44 votes and 14th place. Was not a good choice of irish tv. I love the songs of 1993, 1994, 1996....but this song was not for Eurovision contest...sorry.

check wiki put in "eurovision 1995" it explains that ireland couldnt afford to win it that year so they put in a dud! On a side note this inspired a memorable father ted episode where ted and dougal enter a song for ireland with a dreadful song but end up winning because as fr dick byrne says "anyone would think you would want Ireland to lose the Eurovision" rte man replies " why would we want that" dick, " I dunno, maybe because its costing ye too much to hold it!"

This has to be one of the worst ever songs ever chosen in the Eurovision for Ireland. I think with us hosting the show three years in a row we didnt want to win it again. Even Dustin was better.
