Nah, mate..not every uppercut. He connected with about 3 uppercuts...not consecutive either and not plush. And also got in one jab, more like a push to the face. You look at head movement of jones. his head got opped up once or twice and not very heavily. All, I'm saying is I've seen fights go on with much worst damage, especially considering its a title fight. I've been to amateur boxing matches with more action taking place before a stoppage. It was garbage and the ref was probably paid.

Yes, i think the possibility of him recovering was pretty high considering there was 1 minute left till the break and also considering that the punch was not reall a "goodnight punch" and also that after the initial punch that hurt him, not many solid shots connected, if any at all.
Further, even if he he didn't recover a boxer of Jones' caliber should have been given that opportunity.
