It's legal to buy Spores but illegal to grow. unless you live in florida as long as you didn't know they were magic mushrooms because the law states it's illegal to posess the chemical not the plant so it's unconstitutional. But other states see this differently.

This stuff used to grow wild in all of the cow pastures until Uncle David started putting fungicide in the food for the cattle. You can still find this strain growing in some places of the country regardless. I've seen Amanita Muscaria growing in downtown Portland Oregon. Don't try this stuff if you can't handle travelling through other dimensions.
