I believe in cultural diversity and that's what makes every country unique. African origin or not they are one of the Tribes in the Philippines which also share common features with the other Tribes that can be found in Asia and the Pacific Region.

@swartsanager2 Yes, these clips are of the Aeta people in Central Luzon, who were the first inhabitants of the Philippines. These films were made by the Americans during the first half of the 20th century, when the Philippines was an American colony. The music in the film is traditional Aeta music.
