  • part 2

though usually they don't add it kasi by cooking this recipe you will be the one to make the sugo (sauce) which actually they call as "ragu alla bolognese" and this is normally being cooked under low flame for about 2 hours, hanggang sa halos matuyuan as in inabsorb na ng karne ang sauce at lumabas na ang oil nito.... wala lang po.... just sharing the fact about this recipe

anyway.... ur version looks good :)

  • The way I share my own version of different recipes, I just want to share and show how we can have it in a way na mapapadali not consuming more time in the kitchen just for cooking one kind of dish and at the same time nutriios siya. Under my motto is: " QUICK, SIMPLE AND HEALTHY"

  • part 1

your tagliatelle looks like fusilli ..no offense po. dito po kasi sa amin ang tagliatelle ay mahahaba like spaghetti but flat about 0.5 cm ang lapad the italian word "sugo" means sauce. sabi mo nga: adding ready made sugo adds taste. with your version, i guess you are right.

  • Kasi my nabibili dito na maigsi siya at hindi yong mahahaba, yong brand ng CLEVER ang palagi kong kinukuha dahil maigsi na.But yong talagang mahahaba meron din maraming brand pa nga. At talagang gumagamit ako ng ready made SUGO to add more taste at saving time for cooking.....gutom na yong mga kakain kapag sinnod ko yong original way at since we are now in the modern way of cooking.......marami na ngayong sangkap na mabibili sa market and grocery pweding ihalo which help us mothers!

  • thaks for sharing friend....

  • your'e welcome frend @erwindx!

  • ahh ok...para syang meat sauce or sphaghetti sauce. maraming salamat .

  • I hope makatulong sayo ito @carizza07, Have a nice SUNDAY to you!

  • hi, i hope u could tell the alternative ingredients that are available here in pinas...kasi like sugo...i have no idea kong ano yan. tnx.

  • hmmmmmmmm...... nice! how i wish i could do dat. yung i send mu yung luto na lang please...... thanks ha.... i'll wait :-D

  • HAHAHA! Nagutom tuloy ako...

    Thanks for sharing !!!
