  • ozzy looks weird

  • This is cool, I have the VHS tape the band made. I got it from there fan club back when you had to mail stuff. BUt this video is at the begging when the bands talking about BILL. NICE!

  • ...TIGHT!..........

  • Big ups to you for posting this, Jason! I saw this when it aired and never thought I'd see it again. Always loved this band and always enjoyed Conan on Late Night and this is one of the best live performances I have ever seen on one of his shows, which is saying a lot! I agree with all here who state that this band was completely underrated. Love Tim's performance here.

  • I found gold today on YouTube! This is awesome.

  • Tripping Daisy is one of the best bands to come out of DFW for sure

  • damn good song trip out just listening damn underrated band

  • fucks sake this is amazing.

  • wish you had the quick interview at the end when conan asked about how loud it was, and Wes quoted spinal tap and mentioned turning it up to "11."

  • Thank You!!! i recorded this onto vhs the night it originally aired...can't believe i actually found it.

  • OMFG.

    I love it.

  • Where are they now?

  • @becool1967 all dead

  • @UncleGordon1978 and @becool1967 Not all dead, Tim DeLaughter is clearly still alive and performing with Polyphonic Spree which is an amazing group. He also has a secret side project in the works too.

  • @TimmyGorman04 it was sarcasm -_-

  • @UncleGordon1978 No they're not, you idiot. Just the guitarist.

  • So great!! I must've seen them at least twenty times in Denton and Dallas back in the day. I've still never had more fun than I did at their shows. Thanks SO much for posting this. I didn't think I'd ever see it again.

  • love this song and TD

  • Best Tripping Daisy song..this rocks!

  • @rickface13 FYI his name was Wes.

  • I've seen a lot of live shows, and I still recall with goosebumps the way Tim would wrap that mic cord around his hand, move to the very edge of the stage and just sway and lean out, really getting into it. I am positive I still have the concert tee from "the lure tour" hanging in my closet. Many many thanks for posting this. I do miss Tripping Daisy. I miss Polyphonic Spree too, wish they'd put something else out. Anyway, long live Tripping Daisy!

  • Thank You for Uploading... Seriously : )

  • i use to listen to these guys in 94-95 and in 2004 found out my roomate was engaged to the drummer and on tour with them during that time.....small world

  • EPIC!

  • awesome!!!!!!

  • Guys/Girls,

I really appreciate your appreciation. I'm only terribly bummed that I don't have the higher quality version of this source. I used to have it and it was lost. But as Supernudist said below, Les was dead not long after this video and any good memories, irrespective of quality, must be shared. Keep on tripping!

  • its weird how only 6 years later wes passed away.. sweet vid, thanks!

  • Yeah! Yay!

  • Thank you to who posted this... I recorded this when it aired and lost it in the San Marcos flood.

  • THANK YOU FOR UPLOADING THIS VIDEO! I have been searching for this footage for a long time :-)

  • This just kicks serious A$S. Polyphonic Spree ain't got nothing on TD in their prime.

  • @jasonberg tim has got a new side project going the band is called Preteen Zenith and I'ts very trippy and jamming, not as good as TD but I like what I heard better than Polyphonic Spree. Though I do think the Spree are a bunch of amazing musicians and how they all play in sync is amazing but in the end it's not the same.
