Du`aa' after/in tashahhud; seeking refuge from four things (no sound)

Anyway to add sound to this? I'm trying to learn Salat. Is there a due that goes like... Rabi Ja-alni Mukeem-usalate? I don't know the rest but I think that's a due you read after Tashahhud. I'm trying to learn tashahhud so I can start offering my prayers soon InshAllah.

Variant ways are reported, to say the same things. I don't remember an audio file that has this particular order of the phrases, but on vvvvvv.islamic-knowledge. com/Hisn_ al_Muslim/Prayer_before_salaam­.htm is one with jahannam and qabṛ interchanged. Yes, it's a du`aa' from the Quṛ'aan, 14 : 40 and 41:

Ṛabbij-`alnee muqeemaṣ-ṣalaati wa min ẕurriyyatee,

ṛabbanaa wa taqabbal du`aaaa';

ṛabbanagh-fir lee wa liwaalidayya wa lilmu'mineena yawma yaqoomul-ḥisaab.
