I went to Chicago for one day/night and I thought it was beautiful and it made me want to go back (we stayed on West Wacker at the Renaissance Hotel). Reminds me a little of Toronto which is also on a great lake, has a Lakeshore Drive, nice beaches in the east end anyway, Exhibition Place with amusement rides in the summer, great food and shopping and cool people :D

I would say the real L.A is under rated. The only side you'll ever see is laguna beach , The O.C or Hollywood.
Those don't represent the real L.A . You know what those citys are to me ? Those places are just somewhere to take your girl out on the weekend or some shit.
Now stroll on over to the "real" citys in L.A and you'll find yourself painting a whole different picture.

LA County- 9.8 million people living on 4,000 sqaure miles
Chicago's Cook County-6 million people on 946 sqaure miles
New York has 5 counties the biggest one is Brooklyn with 2.5 million people

yes, the trump tower was COMPLETED (height-wise) in mid-2008. And no picture in this slideshow shows an even 75% complete tower. Its the 2nd tallest in the nation! behind sears
