@MrZinger1200 It sounds like you just need to work on balance a little more. Try standing, walking, and jumping on 1 foot to get your leg used to landing. It might also help to practice somewhere like on grass where the floor is softer.
@wrestlerdudes0628 yeah. I had that problem when I first started learning too. It's just instinct to let go haha u just gotta get used to it. The best thing to do would be to hang on to something when you're starting off so you'll be more likely to hang on to your leg the whole way.

Hold on to something around waist height or a little lower. Try a desk, a bed, even a wall or anything else u can think of. Good luck!
