to solve ur problem u get ur pc. uninstall ur garbage Norton. Stop downloading random stuff off the internet. Then if you want to feel safe download the Free AVG. Then if you dont want it to take long change ur starting progs. -.-
im sorry but macs blow. norton blows too. how many applications can run on mac compared to pc? also the same specs for a pc costs around 400$ less then a mac with the same specs. humm yeah I think ill stick with a pc (which I can actually update and add parts too without spending 300+ for a graphics card)
You need to work on your compression, editing, and backdrop. Try using a PC, it will probably fix all of those, unless you don't know how to use a mouse that has TWO buttons.

Us Mac users really don't have to worry about buying anti-viruses and turning on firewalls.
It's nice to know you always have 0% CPU usage free for programs, unlike Vista and it's bloated crap.
