survival game and coarse of terror both start at maltina, who is a clown on a ball in varanas central plaza, and the gobin mines minigame is started in silverfall in aslan valley next to the auction house tent, you talk to Mahler Polo to start it
using phirus tokens to buy charges is a huge waste and you should never do it, doing the level 50+ minigames can get you up to 10 charges a day and costs 30 tokens each, but they also give other nice rewards so they are way more worth it to use ohirus tokens on
@zerox101x yeah i kinda said that different then what was goin on in my head, but anyway when you do the level 50+ minigames (survival game, coarse of terror, and goblin game: opening the chests has a chance of giving you arcane transmuter charges. and you can do each one once a day for 30 phirius tokens each.
Runes of Magic is a great game, combination of FFXI and WoW, but it's not only some combined copy of those games, RoM has some really cool things, and Arcane Transmutor is one of them! ^^
