If Joe Garcia was Jose Lothario, I guess he's the same guy who was known in Leroy McGurk's Tri-states region as Gypsy Joe Lothario, and he also portrayed a Mexican, but I can't remember the name he used.

@misharyutubbee Not quite. You're thinking of Gypsy Joe Rosario (real name: Isaac Rosario), who also worked in WWWF as Pancho Valdez. Joe Garcia was indeed Jose Lothario, sometimes referred to by the name "El Gran Lothario".
Bill Ward later did promos for the JCP house shows. I see Buddy Rogers was on this card battling Joe Garcia who was later known as Jose Lothario. Billy Darnell did a run-in. Whatever became of Darnell?
Ole Big Bill Ward...How well I remember him and all of the interviews he did with me at Channel 3 here in Charlotte, N.C. Bill had a great way of making ME feel so at ease weather it was before or after one of my matches. I wish I knew where he was today. What a great guy he is. PennyBanner
I went to that studio in 1966 when I was a kid and saw Rip Hawk and Swede Hanson take on Johnny Weaver and George Becker. Also was there the night they introduced Ole Anderson as the new brother joining Gene and Lars-long before Arn was in the business!

Say, what memories. Do you have any Jim Corckett Sr stuff featuring Ken Cooper (1961-1962/Carolinas and Virginia)?
