Reminds me how beautiful and cheerful was Michael's daughter, Mary Corleone, before being killed in GodFather III Part 3. Lovely when she rise her glass and celebrates when Johnny Fontaine is singing to her.
Classic song in the Classic trilogy - The Godfather --- I love when Michael is leaving when Johnny is about to sing this song ... Johnny asks where is he going ... answer "to listen to some Tony Bennet records " classic line ... often wonder if Al Pacino adlibed that one ...?
He plays Frank Sinatra. Sinatra went to the mob when Tommy Dorsey tried to ruin his career. They owned a lot of clubs and gave him work. Dorsey wanted a ridiculous amount of money . Beautiful song. Beautifully done. Also a great movie. Al Pacino is a great actor.
Many great singers had sing this song, but Al Martino DID IT BETTER THAN OTHERS!!

Remembering 1990 with this movie. Beautiful soundtrack which actually is a 1946 classic song.
