Its a clothes airer / clothes dryer. Any supermarket or general stuff shop will sell them :)

what treats do they like

These two love broccoli, grapes and banana's. But they aren't practical for training, so for training i use small bits of pet shop bagged treats... for instance the biscuit hoops, or chocolate/yogurt drops. Just have to find something your rats love and then use little bits to train so you can train for longer without over treating :)

one mor thing ive heard its bad for rats to run on wheels, but is it okay for them to run in balls?

As far as wheels go, as i understand it they can be used, you just have to get the right kind. Obviously it needs to be a good size to suit your rat so fairly big compared to the hamster ones but the important thing is that the wheel is solid. So no bars or anything like that. That's so that there is nothing the tails can get caught in as this can do really bad damage. Solid wheel would be ok but no guarentee rattie will play with it, they're not like hamsters.I don't know about the balls, sorry

Aww ... spend lots of time with tuts and she'll get used to it. If you train her lots too she'll come to see you as the "treat giver" and wanna be around you lol :)
