hi, if you just tap the palette on the back, the shadows will pop out, you dont need to poke at it with a pin, as it is only magnetized.

the pans come out with a magnet (fridge magnet) so u wont have to run it with a pin or sissors :)

A easier way to get the eyeshadow pans out of the palette is to use the corner of the lid that has a magnet in it, place it over the edge of the eyeshadow pan and it will lift out. :-)

Inglot are my latest make up obsession, heehee.

I hate that they don't name the shadows too. I normally just ask them not to put the palette together for me at the counter so I can put them in my own order when I get home and make a note of the numbers.

Did You Buy Them With All Those Colour's In Or Did You Pick The Colour's To Put In Your Own Palette?

@BananaRockers No, you choose the colours yourself for the palette. You can get one of any size and fill it yourself x

the magnet on the lid did not lift mine out. i got a magnet from the store and it takes them out so easy. hope this helps :)

I don't know if anyone else has mentioned it, but aren't you supposed to use the magnet in the lid to lift the eyeshadow pans out? I'm sure I saw one of the American youtubers do that in their review. Worth trying anyway :) xo

You could get a Z Palette for your inglot shadows so they were easier to get out of their palette maybe! I have one and it's super handy because you can mix all brands of shadow pans.
