That was slower than a replay, but her technique isn't bad. I wonder how she would do in real life. This would make for a nice experiment. Tell a fat guy to try to ram her at full speed, would she react fast and correctly? Dunno why, but I think she would succeed. Maybe it's her technique convincing me, who knows...
@THUMPBUMPDUDE I would add that I have yet to see one that comes even close to replicating a real-world attack. I guess it is good for a few laughs, though.
@TheCowboymouth My teacher can lift me and she has half my size and i have more muscles then her this girl technique on the video is not that great but yes that taught me that an expertise girl in martial arts can really beat a dude easily... i lift weights for god sake !!! she can throw me i imagine someone slim with no muscles and i garantee that i was trying my hardest... lol whati can say im speechless martial arts are amazing !!!

as with MOST self-defense vids......the guy isnt really attacking her with full force and stops his attacks so that she can "defend" herself
