this is a common halo 3 bug.. the corpse is stuck underground but the physics want him to come back on the ground so the corpse just bounce everywhere trying to get back on the ground, if you your feet get stuck underground it will come back fast and bounce.. but when you entire body is stuck and cant go back it does that..

i know it happens because if it lags right when the rocket blows up near it. it lags the rocket allong with it so every time ot lags it repeats the explosion so it was just exploading over and over that explains the exploading fusion coil
