First off. That new guy Toryn is NOT better than Brett. Ive seen them both live and I wasnt impressed by Toryn. Dont get me wrong now Toryn is a great singer just not better than Brett. And second Brett isnt lip singing this. Ive heard Brett sing acoustic and he sounds just as good live as on cd.

All Im asking from you guys is that you at least give me a chance to give you a great show. You gave Carl that chance when he was the only one on the stage. Some of you have already commented on how you wont be making this one. Well, you just might miss something great."

FUEL is one of the few bands that can dish out a live performance that is better than their recording... now if the environment issues within the band didn't exist I'm sure we would have been blessed with more great songs from them... The new singer Toryn is actually good at singing but his style & genre isn't what FUEL stands for... well actually it's pretty hard to replace Brett so kudos to Toryn for trying, and failing, but at least he tried....

This is my fav Fuel song, for so many reasons. ReFeuled with Brett and Jeff was awesome, saw them 10/1/09 in Lancaster, PA. However, it's just not the same without Carl. Yogi is awesome, it's just for me, Fuel isn't Fuel without Carl, who wrote the songs. I met Brett and Jeff and they were awesome. But Fuel is Fuel and Refueled is Refueled performing Fuel songs and it will never be anything else. Hey, if Soundgarden can reunite after 12 years, maybe these guys can do it too.

Bretts voice was never the same after the accident. theres noway hes singing the chorus. but Troyn Green is good enough i think to bring Fuel back. his voice is like Bretts but with more range. alls Toryn needs is more passion with his singing
Brett had the injury and surgery 2001-02. Natural Selection came out in 2003. Any sound or singing is a result of that injury and so the newer material will still sound like studio.
But older songs will sound different since they were recorded before the injury...make sense?
