karldj9999 is right- you don't need appshare for the current Installous verison. BTW- if anyone is having trouble with installous apps not showing up, install categories from cydia & change settings to "not hide" for those apps- this fixed my problem.

You don't need appshare for the current version of installous. BTW if anyone is having problems with apps not showing up that were downloaded with installous, install "categories" from cydia & change settings to "not hide" for apps that are not showing up.

You have to have 1 "real" app installed. So go into the App Store and download a free app. Any app you like. Then your app from Installous should pop up. If not, then reboot your iPod/iPhone.

to help people with archive problems. u need to go to cydia and search zip. install ALL the packages from that. Then go to where it says like the games and everything in catagorys. there will be something called archive. you need to download All the packages from that then it should work

Hey for some reason sometimes when i try to install some apps and i go to the site to download like rapidshare it says that the file violates the terms of service so i can't download and it says the same for all the other sites listed for that app. It says the same thing for 7 other apps i tried to download. there is a update for Installous that has a the other app interface in it and you can download then install it or press install and your iphone/ipod touch dose the rest
