Phelps is a legend! Weed smoking or not, no one can touch him in the butterfly. What I like most about Mike is that he's not arrogant or a show off (cough American runners cough) when he wins. This man is just really driven to smash any records and win as many medals as he can before his career is over. Swimming is a short sport.
