I don't have even the USB from my camera and the memory card stick is too big to but it in memory card reader, i have some micro so i plug it in and put card stick inside it but it can't since it's too big, so is there any other option, or i need to buy USB somehow but i don't know where to buy USB for my model, i have SONY Handycam with photos and video recording, help please..

In the Mac, why not just use iPhoto? It comes on all Macs. And why use the File and Edit menus to select and copy/paste/delete the photos if using the manual way? You didn't do that for the PCs. Macs are easier to use than PCs, and you made it seem like they were a complex thing.
