93 Honda Civic DX - H22a M2B4 - Driving

i accidentally put some water in the oil tank of my boyfriends honda and he drove it after he put 3 new bottles of oil in it. it smoked like crazy. it wasn't alot of water it was like a very small amount like sprinkles or more. now it's messing up, i think the pistons where already bad. can i save it? if not does anyone know where cheap honda motors are sold?

nice car mate. Mine looks almost the same, just a plain white and I've got ce28s for it too and I have h22a swap in mine too. Civic Coupe with h22 is how thi car should have been from the factory.
