When money is borrowed, "someone" makes a profit from that transaction.. Who makes that profit? Why it's the money lender, of course..

It's simple. Look who's standing behind any politician with a hand on the campaign funding spigot and you'll know who holds their leash. If they're being good dogs, they get to drink. There are always struggles underway within the two parties themselves, between different factions.

I was actually referring to folks starting to look at the real power structure of everything. You can start by studying the Federal Reserve Banking System itself which is totally secretive and has virtual dictatorial financial power. If that is not dealt with than it does not matter if Obama, Bush OR NADER are president.

By the way, I don't think we'll ever get away from this corporate bureaucracy without completely overhauling the system of government. Obama certainly seems like a step in the right direction, but even if he changes things significantly, someone else is likely to get into office and change things back again. I disagree with Ron Paul on this point, I don't think we can achieve the radical change we need using the system we already have.

What about Chrysler, who took tax payer money and then spent $500 million on full-page advertisements thanking the American people for the tax money that was taken from them by force?
