No it doesn't have to meet the center of the Sour Creek dome. It just has to intesect with the fracturing. And it's intersecting now. Look on the map provided to find old caldera and the uplift are intesecting.

It could even tie in to Joe Biden, and Colon Powell's predictions, they promised a massive crisis on Jan 22 that will apparently affect the whole world.
That massive crisis sounds fishy. Powell said that there would be a crisis on the 22nd, but they don't know yet. Could they be planning something? Maybe.

Joe Biden was talking about Russia or Iran. Now back to the program, the swarm is migrating. It could be pulses caused by water forced through the geyer system...
... Or it could be aftershocks in fractures as a result of the first wave of the swarm. One thing to note, in the previous swarms, 85, 95, 2004, the activity was localized. I'll provide link in more info. This swarm is migrating to other areas of the park. This swarm has different characteristics. On the USGS summary of intitial wave, it gives no indication of what type of activity caused them. It suggests normal faulting or hydrothermal movement. The only thing for sure, the swarm continues.

I haven't investigated earthquake clouds beyond a glance. How would I find the clouds locations? Is there someone with a forecast?

Yes, the ash shrouding the earth in a major eruption could see virtual winter for many years.
