The C.O. should have to pay a small fine in my opinion for not putting enough slugs in the attacker. Really good to see evil screw up. Cops get all the praise(quite rightly) when they catch the crooks and get em in court, but once convicted of say a life-sentence its the C.O.'s who have to feed n clothe n keep em confined securely for the next 40 plus years, so they deserve slightly more praise than the cops.
