  • i snap my back doing too many reps on that exercise..expend a year hanging on a bar to release the lumbar discs.

    Now i'm doing good mornings and squats but never again deadlifts.

  • @vitto Took me a week to recover for a back injury. I did weighted chin with up to 50 kg. Instant decompression of spine.
