That's why I love the first set of Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' performances from the first leg of the Dangerous Tour. They are similar to the Bad Tour in the key that the band plays the song, and the energy is always amazing. Mike is truly THE BEST!

That's interesting. I never truly paid a whole lot of attention to the counting, to be honest. When I downloaded the video sometime ago, the original supplier said that the crotch grabs were being counted, so I added that in the information. I just wonder why would they want to count anything. I enjoy the stellar performance and ignore everything else.

LOL! While I don't hate the Dangerous Tour outfit, it is the worst one of his tour ensembles. Sometimes I can tolerate it, and other times it's just laughable. Still the King though, like you said, and the Dangerous Tour is my favorite of Mike's three tours!

It's just a fencing jacket. There's a clip of him looking to the side somewhere, jumping and then jumping back without moving his feet. I think it must be where he gets some of the awesome power in his feet. Oh, yeah, and Wanna Be Startin didn't start so good either lol! At 2.38 he signals to the stage manager on the right for more speaker (he can't hear himself sing) and then at 2.45 he has to again. And the various feedback whistles.yikes. enywz, IMHO, he gave it his all and more.

You're right about it being a fencing jacket, and I give Mike props for being unique. Strangely enough, when I was little, I wanted one of those...lol. I always found it funny how MJ had to signal the sound people to turn his volume up. He remains the consummate professional throughout the performance though. That's what sets him apart from other stars.

I was there!!! I was only 10 years old! And I have seen it from the front row!

I had won a contest with Radio2, so my parents had to let me go! It still is the best concert I have ever seen. The mess up and wrong mic volume is a great way to see how professional michael is. He has invented all dances and his major hits himself! He still is the artist with the biggest selling album ever and has won the most grammy awards ever!

Wow!!! You are extremely lucky to have seen Michael live, and it's even better that you had won a contest to see him! The Dangerous Tour is my absolute favorite. I was 9 and 10 years old when the tour was criss-crossing the globe. I wish it had reached America like it was originally intended, but oh well. You are absolutely right. Michael is very professional, and he is the absolute best! He makes sure that the show goes on, no matter what happens. Michael is THE KING!!!
