If i remember correctly, mhos or siemens are used in the calculation of resistors in parallel

21:50, yes you do find toasters in bus stations, in ottawa, thats what we had! Litterally human toasters to keep you warm thats how cold it was. very neat though!

@halzduk They are like light bulbs, just a MUCH thicker element (so it does not burn up) . when they stop working the Nichrome wire is most likely broke (ie burned out)
