Robert Wagner is a true asshole idiot that kept his daughters away from her because he doesn't want them knowing the truth..that he is responsible for her death.. he's a real scumbag doing this and making his daughters believe that Lana was some sort of scurge in Natalies life when that was further from the truth. He's a slime.. I hate him for what he did, murder Natalie and keeping the truth with no remorse for 30 years.. bastard..

Wow those comments made a year or so ago, have really come to show us (now that Natalie Wood's death is being reprobed and opened) how observant the comments here are. My mother would say to me as a child, I never liked Wagner whenever he was on the screen. She said he played the role of a murderer and she said she didn't like him, something about him struck her from that time on. And I never forgot her thoughts on him. So much about reverse mortgages.

My daughter was abused by her first husband. They separated and within 4 years my daughter had a massive heart attack. I cannot accept the way her husband and his family treated her and it has caused a division with one of her daughter's who could never see any wrong that her father did.

I truly believe Robert had something to do with Natalie's death..hopefully one day it will be proven,

I hate that he has caused such a divide with her children and her sister.

my sister chooses or does not know how to show any kind of love or respect and i'm broken hearted for life. lana is fortunate in the sense that she had close love with & sweet memories of her sister. so sad if it's true tht r.j. has tainted the minds of his children so badly that there's no further connection w/their aunt lana. if this is the case, perhaps, he & maybe others were involved, certainly in a possible coverup. God bless lana & her nieces. at least lana has a child of her own.

Makes sence how she was raiced by Robert Wagner and Lana knows the kind of relationship her sister Natalie had with Robert Wagner. It is not that strange that RW did not look straight away if the dingy was gone too. I do believe it was an accident and a shame that people have to drink and she must have slipped etc. I do feel for Lana and NO ONE should deny her being an aunty..I would be screaming and yelling over not seeing my nieces~!! and cousins~!!! I hope Lana just gets strong and more confident in connecting and never giving up. If he thinks Lana is no good..then he should still let the girls see her or he is bad.

Vanessalove: I haven't ever read Lana's book but I know that she loved Natalie and her children. As far as Rober Wagner goes, I don't know enough about what happened that fateful night when Natalie drowned but it sure seems strange that Wagner didn't miss her until hours later. Something just doesn't seem right.

OK, to the daughters of Natalie Wood. Ask yourselves WHY your mother's sister would ever have reason to hurt her, or you, in any way. They always got along.  Then ask yourselves what a man would do to a woman who was once unfaithful to him, {Warren Beatty affair}, and then was once again flirting and maybe carrying on with Chris Walken. Jealousy,alcohol....and murder.. Natalie did nothing wrong. But your dad is a murderer. Read Dennis Davern's book. You can't deny the truth all your lives.

I have also, for years, been puzzled by Wagner's treatment of Lana, and am ashamed to admit that I did not question it enough; neither did I question the "Official" version of what happened on that horrible November night in the dark waters off of Catalina even though, at that very time, red flags were everywhere. @RainbowCatcher, You're so right! Watch the original "A Kiss Before Dying" and you will see the real Robert Wagner, or at least his dark side. Wagner's lack of respect for Natalie's extended family, friends and fans is disgraceful. He doesn't care about anything but covering his ass. In his autobio he admitted to standing outside of Warren Beatty's house with a gun. That's enough for me to prove that he's capable of violence. Natalie deserved better and so do her daughters and Lana.

Thank you for this video. And it's true that Robert Wagner pretty much cut the girl's off from Natalie's family. They didn't even attend their own grandmother's funeral! Lana really has been treated badly throughout her life and didn't deserve it. She and Natalie loved each other even if they didn't always get along. Lana's daughter has had cancer and Hodgkin's disease and Wagner has refused to give any support or help. He is definately afraid of the truth, IMO. And he should be.
