yes...Basement tended to focus on mostly vocal-free stomper/breakbeat fusions, you can sense many n influence in Basement's brand of hardcore...this is a dark, pulsating breakbeat romper stomper....sensational! When they did use vocals it was in a more subtle, classy format such as "we can rock it" by Basement Phil....really soothing. Great dark-carnage! :)
