This is a Type 21 frigate, which Pakistan bought from the Royal Navy when it was decommissioned. Built in about 1977, and used in active service during the Falklands conflict in the South Atlantic in 1982.

@blackpearl098 Thanks for your input, however, I believe you are incorrect, This appears to be PNS Badr (184), formerly Royal Navy Type 21, HMS Alacrity (F174), which was sold to Pakistan in March 1994. It is fitted with Chinese LY60 missile launchers in place of the Exocet launchers, which were not transferred to Pakistan.
