  • Thanks

  • T, nice!

  • Yes heel-toe does require more energy, but constant release requires more motion from fewer muscles. Consequently I find I can play much faster 32nds cleaner and longer using heel toe than constant release.

  • That is some sloppy sloppy playing. Although those pedals might not be helping.

  • @jordanjcm Thanks a lot for your positive input

  • @SEVNT7 You are very welcome. Hopefully it helps.

  • Yamaha Flying dragon pedals, Gibralter B.D. pad. And yes it is like push- pull

  • @SEVNT7 thankyou :) i must master your swivel constant release :)

  • what kind of pedals and bass pad are you using man?

  • To me, Constant release seems to be Push Pull for the feet.

  • What is the difference between constant release and heel toe?

  • same idea different technique ,so not much really

  • @drummingman " Constant Release" is an up and down motion contacting the pedal plate with only the ball of your foot. Heel toe is striking the pedal plate with alternating hits with the ball of you foot, then the heal of your foot. Heal toe takes a lot more energy in my opinion. I also think it's a misinterpretation of "Constant Release"

  • @drummingman Call me, you have my PH#

  • great video, 2 techniques in one, swivel and freddy gruber constant release. kudos

  • nice man!
