Already commented on buying paint online. It's not a problem IF purchased from a legit company with GOOD customer service that is willing to fix THEIR mistake. I only use high high grade paint and not chepy field paint.

Have purchased paint from other companies with no issues since this ordeal with ANS. The gist of the original post was to inform others of ANS' crappy business practices and customer service.

After all....don't you expect to receive what you ordered and paid for?

I'd say a good 99% of people that are saying "I didn't even get what I paid for" like a retard are people that didn't do these two things before they bought an item, checked to see if it was still in stock, and checked the graveyard of items ANS had that will NEVER be in stock again, and there IS some paintballs on that list, also they're a huge company so they can't update whether or not they're in stock the minute they run out, they do have stores to run you know.

If you have a field that sells cheap paint then you probably don't have a very good field, and if your local store doesn't sell good paint then you should probably be asking youself if you have a legitimate store you can trust. You should not need to order your paint online EVER! logo ball is more than enough for rec play, my field uses Bronze as logo ball, they sell Marbalizer, then they sell, All Star, Premium, Evil, Silver, and Gold at the store (and some mid grade stuff too.)

Stay away from ANS GEAR. Ordered two boxes of Ultra Evil and they sent two boxes of Regular Evil. They admitted they made mistake, but refused to exchange or return paint. I know it's not their policy to return paint, but exception should be made since they sent WRONG paint. All they would do is credit me $10. They also lie about their packaging. No packaging pnuts were used. Received about 50 broken balls. What a mess.

It's better to get paint from your local field for 3 reasons. 1. The fields buy pallets of paint which are shipped in frieght trucks from the manufacturer's warehouse. I doubt the workers at USPS,UPS, or FedEx know that they just threw a box of paint in the truck and proceeded to pile more packages on top of it. 2. Paint is fresher at the field. 3. You are supporting your local field. So you can always have place to play.

yea i agree 100% i was so suprised when he said no 4c eyes i mean the barrels great but they have used it since 07 and 4 eyes cost what like 60 70 bucks. that was a no no especially when there competing in the same price range as droids and egos and dm's which are very well known companys. it doesnt even come with a manuel which is also rediculouse.

Yeah bad move by Bob long they're timmys or marqs never came with a manual but it is 2009 and it should come with one and no 4c eyes in the their flagship gun is not a good move. Even the closer has 4c eyes. The gun proabably shoots great and does come with a tadao board but it should come with the other features.

ego's don't have 4c eyes...neither do dm's, luxes, cyborgs or pretty much any other marker. And the ones mentioned are more expensive than a victory. Granted they do come with things that the victory doesn't have, but then that's where the difference in price comes in.

Me neither, luckily you can order the wrap around grip. That should pretty much fix the problem. Soft rubber grips can be bought everywhere these days.

it actually feels very nice, i mean if you hold a gun ure hand just kind of adjust to the reg style and most players wrap there finger around the barrel, next time ure at a local shop ask to hold one there very nice guns
