She never hooked up the hose correctly on the first unit. If you look closely, the hose was only hooked up from the upright's floor attachment directly to the top of the canister's floor attachment shaft (upright's handle), creating no suction.

At the end, she forgot to move the hose back to the bottom of the vacuum, thus there was no suction.

I can't believe she f'ed up so badly -- TWICE! I'd probably never read the manual yet not mess up like that!

Regardless, It's still a crap product!

Nah it's not her fault. She's a bit clumsy at most but they train before the actual show. Since it was filmed live, you can't get rid of a defective machine and unpack another one, the show must go on lol. I think she was very unlucky instead lol.

So I notice a lot of these QVC blooper clips were made by pointing a video camera at the TV. So since the person videotaping obviously didn't know the blooper would happen doesn't that mean there are one or more people out there who shoot video of QVC playing on their TV for hours at a time??
