  • People... its that not hard of an issue whether you are a beginner or not. He explains in like 39 videos of how you can know what the strumming pattern is for each of his songs. Before i even saw his comment above i knew this was a 2beats/chord strumming pattern because i watched his other videos, watched him play in this video, and understood what his pattern was, 2 beats each chord with his little take on it before each transition, and you dont have to include his transition, make your own :)

  • @cjPaints01 haha that's funny right there...gave me a good laugh

  • @acousticselection That comment is with good intention of course haha. praise god.

  • strum pattern

  • @Secondfret7 Just do 2 beats per chord

  • Can i use a ecetric guitar or does it have to be acustic

  • @FirstManonMars221 I think both would work

  • I just cant get the strumming pattern down! you do two down strums per chord right? but how many ups and in what order!? lol I know that sounds dumb but I just cant get it right...I have only been playing for about a month but I have the chords just not the strumming pattern??

  • also when u said the chords "wrap back around" you like the chords go the opposite? like they are GCDC and then they would go CDCG or wat exactly ...sorry i know i ask too many questions, im just wana be sure i do everything rite!

  • @BellaFrice what i meant by "wrap back around" in many songs you will go from G, to C, then D....and then go back up the way you came meaning, D, then C, then G.....it's basically like the same path you took to get down to D you take to get back to the original G. If that's confusing i apologize...i know that sounds a little different

  • is there anyway you could explain when to change the strings? im totally new to the guiter and i really want to learn a song and notes at the same time as a 2n1 lol

  • @BellaFrice what exactly do you mean by changing the strings? are you referring to the chord changes? Change every 2 beats. So start out with 2 down strums with each chord and then switch. Hope this helps. Good luck!

  • @acousticselection ok thanks and one more thing i hope lol umm should i have a capo on the fouth fret like u or what? it sounds off to me but idk haha like i said beginner i know a few things but less about actually playing.

  • Thank God!!!!!!!!

I've been looking for an instructional video to this song and I was even wandering if you had a lesson to this song on youtube and here it is!

You have no idea how much of an instrument of the Lord you are.

Thank you!! May God continue to increase your knowledge!!

  • sorry about no strumming pattern guys! i always forget that!

  • way to tell us the strumming

  • DOWN DOWN UP UP UP DOWN

  • awsome ...GBU

  • Hey this is great...whats the strumming pattern

  • whats your struming pattern?

  • okay your really good 10 : )

  • i was wondering, could you explain your strumming pattern a little bit. I think I get the ddu, ddu, but then you do something just a little bit different. I assume it's because you do a 4 strum pattern at a couple sponts, but I can't quite make out what it is that you are doing.

    Thanks,

    Leon Evans
