yeah the new GT-R isnt to spectacular in the game, and thats mostly cus its not too spectacular in real life, its a good car but the hype is way to high because of the tuner lovers of the last gen. its still just a twin turbo V6, with all wheel drive, there really isnt anything revolutionary about it

la verdad es que los gran turismo y los forza siempre han sido divertidos al comienzo, pero cuando ya tienes el caroo mas rapido o haz descubierto la manera de ganar dinero facil, no es tan divertido como antes, creeme, yo e jugado este juego y al cabo de unos meses te aburres, asi que hay que ser un verdadero fan de los autos y de esta clase de juegos.

The beat actually has no name but this song and all the others in the game are composed by Lance Hayes (or DJ Drunken Master). If you want to find the song on youtube, just type in "Forza Motorsport 3 - Menu Beat 13."

I dont know wuts up with all the hype over gt5 vs forza but there is no content out on gt5 yet and no one knows the acutal gameplay of it..yea theres videos and the prologue came out..but all that was way before anything was even fully developed for the game.. yea forza 3 is an amazing game...i have it myself..and awaiting gt5..either way both games are gonna have is up and downs.comparing the two when they are both exclusive is going to be hard until both games can be compared side by side

@matt19norwich i wouldn't go so far as to say forza 3 will kick gran turismo 5 by miles, gran turismo 5 hasn't even come out yet, but c'mon now...forza motorsport 3 only has what, around 450 cars? gran turismo 4 had that many cars and gran turismo 4 came out in 2005...polyphony digital states that gran turismo 5 will have over 1000 cars. looks like to me that forza still has some catching up to do. but we'll see if gt5 is a big disappointment or if it will live up to hype

Yeah, im gutted I was right in a way. But after playing GT5 I have to say im not impressed, cars seem like they are on a pivot in middle of screen rather than free moving etc and Graphics in my opinion are no different to Forza 3

@matt19norwich Sorry about that. I hope Forza was able to realistically give you the feel of real life driving. I wonder if using a steering wheel with gear give you actual results based on on real conditions or not. That way, at least we all get a feel of driving the car.

@TheAstonMartian Yeah played the NFS demo and quite enjoyed it, obv not a realistic game but its definately an arcade racer which is meant more for a good laugh. Police chases are something alot of racing games seem to lack these days.

@matt19norwich Yeah, I am not too familiar with racing games, but I think Forza 3 is as real as is gets with manual transmission, and steering wheel. Plus, three monitors can come to good use to get a sense of direction. I only hope that in the near future, we could drive exotic cars, in different countries with real sounds to get a sense of accomplishment, and joy.

well i have the MS racing wheel and it is brilliant with forza 2 and the forza 3 demo. The force feedback and very strong at first but you get used to it very quickly. quality is very good and ive had mine for 1 and a half years and its never broken and anything. i would rate it as a must buy

its pretty simple more work has been put into making forza you need to do some research forza 3 by far has much more detail in every little aspect of the game then NFS Shift

sorry, but having played both games... forza has more shiny graphics but nfs shift attention to detailed graphics is just next level. even nfs gameplay far surpasses forza, trying using a standard m3 then a souped up lambo in shift from the cockpit view on hd and surround sound or even sd, and tell me its not the more accurate depiction of racing, tell me you don't get a rush when you play that game... nfs did this time, redefining genres. forza is good though, then gran turismo.

DRASTIC CHANGES WILL NOT OCCUR. also, forza isnt focusing on cockpit driving or speed, or driving style. where as nfs shift's aims on driving style, kudos points, sense of speed thrill, and adrenaline = better driving experience. simple really, but i like both games.
