Yes, it is real. The current fastest coaster already goes 207 km/h (Kingda Ka at Six Flags Great Adventure, New Jersey USA). The high speed ripples your cheeks, but it's completely safe. This ride is only 10 km/h faster.

As for the g's, they are actually not that high. It's a smooth and very quick acceleration. The launch is only 2.5 seconds long, so the g-force on the launch is only 2.45 g-which is extremely easy to handle.

I disagree with the people that say KK and TTD are not "Real Coasters". They are in the Definition of what a roller coaster is, but give a different type of thrill than any other coaster can provide.
