Also, I think that if there isnt a God, then not only do we have nothing to look forward to when we die, but there is really no reason for anything at all. I have sent this to a few friends at my church. I love this song. The greatest display of love towards us, was Jesus Christ death on the cross. On the flipside, anytime we think we are not valuable or worthless, look at the cross. Jesus Christ died for all of us because he and God the Father want us to be with Him in heaven. Your comment really struck me - when we think of ourselves as worthless, then we are saying that Jesus died for something worthless; yet He thinks so much of us that He went to the cross!

When we think of His sacrifice like that, it is AMAZING that He would love us that much!

We are sinners certainly, but NOT "worthless" by any means!
