Did Goku ever loose his limiter in the Reload series? I think in the manga he lost it in the Hazel arc, but I can't find the scene in the anime series...

He didn't lost the limiter in the manga reload, Hakkai took it from him to *CAUTION SPOILER TIME OWO* save him because he was dying because of the wounds someone made to him.
