to call number #9 a goalie mistake is harsh, he stood at a position any keeper would stand, it was a great kick by alonso, and #6 isnt even the keepers fault A. the ball bounced off bad surface and B. a prof defender should never aim in the direction of the goal when giving a back pass

when marc denis was in his final year with the columbus blue jackets, i remember nashville scoring a goal from center ice.

MARC DENIS WAS STARING AT THE SCOREBOARD THE ENTIRE TIME, he didn't even watch the puck go in.

better yet, in a game against the l.a. kings, he tried clearing the puck down the ice to try and score a goal on an empty net. well, denis fell flat on his ass, left the puck at the top of the crease, and they scored right after that.

denis was permanently benched not long after.
