@ando1135 Microwaves do produce radiation. The microwave can also up your chances of getting cancer if used too often. Microwaves change the molecular structure of food, which isn't healthy. I'm sorry you had to be so harsh. I am educated. I'm not looking to fight with you. Thanks.

@avatarmeeee Microwaves doesnt change the molecular structure of food. It only makes the molecules move faster which happens to end up as heating.

Also, some studies shows that microwaving can be the best way for short term heating to maintain all the nutrients.

@Pendokone A Microwave changes the direction of the molecules in food (Which cannot be repaired). There was a study done which included two plants. One plant was given microwaved water (Cooled) and the other was givin water heated on a stove top (Also cooled). The plant given the microwaved water didn't survive. I'd send you the link my youtube wouldn't allow it. + It just feels so much better when you cook something yourself without having to rely on a microwave. Quality and Talent.
