I'll tell you what bro. I appreciate the info you provide to the public at no charge, However, I am constantly annoyed by the fact that the pics you show in the thumbnail are never what's actually in the video. If your going to use hot chick pics to get attention, then get a female model/spokesperson in to teach the material. It's a bit of a bait and switch and it's a littel annoying when it's 100% of the time. That said, best wishes, and I'm sure many folks are benefitting from your efforts.

i admit i was the same way, i think Doug has good intentions with these videos... i use to think it was a waste of time watching the joe six pack... Its just having fun and seeing the light of the fitness industry. I remember i saw a guy using shoulder press look like he was going to break his spine in half and also had a novice friend say to me when we went to the gym he was going to workout for 3 hours... There are a lot of people like joe six pack, thats the truth.
