I have had the privilege of meeting him on several occasions and he is so warm, sincere, caring, and has a great sense of humor. the problem is his axium records are frozen at this moment. You have to pay a PREMIUM to purchase it from eBay. For example, his Axiumlive is going for $75 or more. This piece is haunting alright but it will drive me to the poorhouse- not a bad place actually for addicted fans - soup is free and all you need is a wool blanket and a pillow :)
I love his rockstyle.. I just hoped he showed this side of his a little bit more during AI. I think the crowd who voted for him are used to the cheesy rock ballads he has done on Idol (dont wanna miss a thing)

I was part of that 'crowd' and can say that I did my homework - found other stuff he has done (solo and with Axium) and that made me vote for him even more. He hooked me with the cheesy AI stuff and reeled me in with his pre-AI stuff, so to say... He is ABSOLTUELY amazing!!!
I agree with your comment dancergirl278. I voted for him based on the cheesy AI stuff in a half-hearted sort of way until I discovered Analog Heart. I listened to it constantly and voted harder. I then found Axium and was done for. I voted my fingers off after that while listening to a steady diet of AH/Axium music. Knowing he wrote all but two of the songs (Creep & Incarcerate) was amazing to me. This guy is MAD talented. (Randy J quote there. HAHA. Sorry. Couldn't resist.)

Yeah, he did get them - he's done three records. They're all brilliant, and yet we haven't heard them before.
Marketing is the key, my friend.
Which is why Brittney and Miley (who can't sing for shit!) has sold lots, while great music like Axium goes unnoticed.
