  • Panna cotta looks like it has the weirdest texture. If anyone cares, you can put the ramekin of panna cotta in boiling water for like 5 seconds, then run a knife around the edges, and it will pop right out.

  • @DrVexify Hi, DrVexify! I had the same problem. I'm from Argentina and we don't have "thickened cream" either. But searching in the net, thickened cream means "heavy cream". What it means it has 35-50% fat. So you can seach for any cream with that characteristics. Hope it helps, sorry for my bad english. Good luck.

  • @DrVexify No it isn't like yoghurt, it's normal cream from milk but with about 35% milk fat. sometimes companies add extra stuff to make it creamier. thickened cream is the type of cream that you would use to make whippped cream :) hope that helps. yes i know you found it but just in case you know

  • hey nicko do you have any tips on growing mint? last time i tried my plants died in about 5 days...i watered them daily and gave them sunlight but they just died.

  • @GIRAMPAGE11 Make sure you keep your mint in a pot or mesh bag because it will love to choke anything around it and spread everywhere. Mint likes dappled shade and consistent moisture. I've found that it will be happy almost anywhere it doesn't dry out. Optimal conditions would be areas that are well drained but moist, receiving morning sun but at least partial shade in the afternoon heat. Good luck
